Refund Policy

We may, in our sole discretion, consider a refund in limited circumstances such as:

• Duplicate charges or obvious billing errors.
• A technical issue that prevents access to the EPIC Writing App and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
• A refund required by applicable law.

We do not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Not liking the EPIC Writing App after download or activation.
• Incompatibility where system requirements were disclosed.
• Failure to read the product description, license terms, or system requirements.
• Accidental purchase after access or download has been granted.
• Dissatisfaction with AI output, generated content, or third-party provider behavior.

If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us at support.darkmatterlabs@gmail.com with:

• Your name.
• The email used for purchase.
• The order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Any screenshots or error details that may help us review the request.

Refund requests should be submitted as soon as possible after purchase, preferably within 7 days. We may deny requests submitted later if the EPIC Writing App has been used, downloaded, activated, or if the issue could have been resolved through support.

If a refund is approved, it will usually be issued to the original payment method through the payment processor used for the order. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and your bank.

If you have a problem with your purchase of the EPIC Writing App, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Filing a chargeback without first giving us a chance to help may result in suspension of your license or account, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law. If local law requires a refund, repair, replacement, cancellation right, or other remedy, that law will control.
